This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
This clinic will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and
help you recover the most from your benefits. They will do everything we
can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who
require major work, in house financing options are available. Financing
options include Citi Health Card and Capitol One Health Care Finance.
