Offers a wide variety of dental services for Medicaid and Health Choice eligible children up to 21 years of age. Adults 21 years and over are treated only on an emergency basis.
Hours are 7:30AM-6:00PM Monday thru Thursday Closed on Fridays

For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $5,140 for each additional person.
