Costs for dental services are based on a patient’s family size and income. All patients will be served, regardless of their ability to pay. Patients can call 561-642-1000 to make an appointment for dental care, including checkups, cleanings, fillings and extractions

For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $5,140 for each additional person.
