This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
The office features state of the art dental equipment including a portable handheld x-ray unit with digital imaging to help with patient comfort and digital patient records. The center is conveniently located up and across the street from our Lunenburg Medical Center.
SDHS, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center(FQHC) which allows us to offer a Sliding Scale Discount to qualifying patients. The Sliding fee discount is based on household income and number of dependents in the household.

For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $5,140 for each additional person.
