Community Healthcare Center accepts most medical insurance (including BlueCross BlueShield) and dental insurance.
Medicaid, Medicare (medical), CHIP and TRICARE are also gladly accepted.
No Insurance? No problem.
Community Healthcare Center features a sliding fee scale for the low income, underinsured and uninsured. The scale takes into account family size and household income.
