Accept all third party insurances including Medicaid, Medicare and RIte Care. Self-pay and sliding scale fee are available for those who do not have health insurance and meet financial eligibility requirements.

Monday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
