The dental team is accepting new patients to provide excellent oral care for the whole family. A sliding fee is offered for those who qualify.
Based on your family size and income, you may qualify for a discount of 30 to 50 percent on covered dental services.

For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $5,140 for each additional person.
