Offers a Sliding Scale Fee Discount Program. CommWell Health seeks to make its services more affordable for anyone who qualifies based on income and family size. Typically the discount program benefits individuals who are uninsured, have high deductibles, or have low income.
This program provides a discount off of the health center’s normal charges and applies to most, but not all, of the heath center’s services.
