The Shawnee County Health Agency - Community Health Center (SCHA - CHC) is not a free clinic. Healthcare services are provided based on a sliding scale fee for those who qualify. Services are not denied based on inability to pay and appointments may be rescheduled to a time when a patient is able to meet their financial obligation for services.
