Sliding Fee Scale:
If you only have Medicare, or no healthcare insurance at all, you may
qualify for the Sliding Fee Scale (SFS) program. Eligibility is
determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The SFS could make the
services they provide even more affordable. Please speak to a Health
Navigator to see if you qualify (772-257-8224).
