Fees Payment:
All fees must be paid at the time services are delivered unless prior arrangements are made. Payments can be made by cash, check with ID or MasterCard and Visa.
Sliding Fee Scale based on income.

For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $5,140 for each additional person.
